Jacqui Allard is Chief Operating Officer at MFC Global Investment Management, responsible for all information technology, operations, performance analytics, product and corporate marketing for the firm worldwide.

Previously, Jacqui worked for U.S.-based State Street Corporation, where she was Senior Vice President and Regional Head of State Street's Global Technology Services (Americas). Prior to this she held a variety of senior operational and technology roles for State Street in Boston, Sydney and London, and worked as an institutional client relationship executive at Bank of Ireland Asset Management in Dublin.

Jacqui has a Master of Business Administration in Management from Bentley Graduate School of Business in Massachusetts and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Queen's University, Ontario.

Jacqui is also Chair of the Board of Directors of "Serve!", a Toronto based not-for-profit focused on engaging at risk youth. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Investment Counsel Association of Canada (ICAC).
