Wayne Gates is responsible for new market research and development for G&SFP and oversees research on stable value products and retirement plan investing. Before joining G&SFP in 1993, Mr. Gates oversaw the development and administration of equity research for John Hancock Freedom Securities, the company's former brokerage firm.
He is a member of the Executive Board of the Stable Value Investment Association and Chairman of the Data and Research Committee. He is Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Salem State Foundation. He is a member of the National Association of Business Economists and the Association for Investment Management and Research.
Mr. Gates graduated from Salem State College with a B.A. in Economics and received a Masters in Economics from Boston College.
